All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.
All items/returns that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on your packing slip.
If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 50% restocking fee on the sales price or $3.50, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.
If for any reason a customer returns an item that is not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 50% of the sale price or $3.50 per item (whichever is greater). In this case, the shipping costs (shipping to and return shipping charges) will not be refunded. You will receive an email message indicating that your return is complete. This process usually takes about 10-14 business days from the day we receive your return.
Upon our determination that the product is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, we will issue a full refund, plus the shipping back charges as reflected on your original point of sale. Your return-shipping fee will be fully refunded only if you include a copy of your packing slip with the package.
NOTE: Electronic, CD, VHS or DVD products where the factory seal on the box has been broken or opened cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must include the original factory packaging.
